St Michaels Nyanzou Primary School in Zimbabwe
Dutch Flower Foundation is proud supporter of St Michaels Nyanzou Primary School in Zimbabwe. Zimflora (a Dutch Flower Group company) facilitates this project in Zimbabwe. St Michael is one of the three schools within the community of Zimflora (a Dutch Flower Group company) they work with. One of the recent projects is the Learning Support Program.
The objective of the program was to fund one learning support teacher to grade 3 & 4 students who are in need of extra learning support. It is great to hear that 14 children have already progressed through this program. With another 13 months ahead we are positive that more children will benefit from this very important work the teacher is doing.
We are grateful to support this wonderful long term project.

With over 300 colleagues, partners, friends, and family Dutch Flower Group participated yesterday in the Ride for the Roses for KWF (Dutch Cancer Society). This year marked the 26th edition of this special event.

Valued grower Temba Flowers, based in South Africa, has a non-profit organization called Hebron Community Projects. With this non-profit organisation they have established a life centre on the farm, providing both daytime and after-school care for children.

Recently we came in contact with the WensenAmbulance Noord-Holland Foundation. This foundation organizes free wish days for people in their last phase of life and for people with a chronic illness, so that they can enjoy one last day together with their loved ones full of love, joy and unforgettable memories.
First school lunch for the kids of Herburg Special Needs School 🍽️😊

Since March, the Dutch Flower Foundation has helped to ensure that the children of the Herburg Special Needs School receive a nutritious meal every day. We previously promised to support the construction and furnishing of the school, and in addition, we will provide the financing for lunch for at least the coming year.
